Bringing Storytelling to Life in your Classroom

Thanks to generous funding from the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, we are excited to offer a full-day free workshop for classroom teachers: "Through Different Eyes: Bringing Storytelling to Life in your Classroom."

Storytelling is and has been an important part of many cultures, and can be a vibrant way to engage your students in the classroom. Join us for a day of historical and modern storytelling, pedagogy and skills related to telling stories in a classroom, and conversation and fun with Robin Nelson, a Minnesota Ojibwe educator.

Light breakfast, lunch and parking are included.

This workshop is free, but registration is required. This workshop is geared toward classroom teachers of grades 5-12. If you are having difficulty registering for the workshop, please contact the MNHS Box Office at 651-259-3015.
