MNHS DEAI Strategy

What are we trying to accomplish?

In our mission to create powerful engagement with history, there are communities and perspectives our organization has harmed or excluded. The purpose of our DEAI work is to intentionally and proactively embrace these communities and perspectives in order to foster a sense of belonging, meet constituents where they are, and elevate underrepresented voices from the past.
