Forbes, Esq. filed an information charging the above named defendant Joe Wasser with the crime of grand larceny in the first degree and now on this 15th day of December 1920 the above named defendant appeared before the court attended by Thomas J. Joyce, Esq. who was heretofore retained by the defendant as his attorney, was duly arraigned upon the information filed against him, informed that court that his true name is Joseph Albert Wasser and enters a plea of guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree.
