Dear
Sir:-
Replying to yours of the 24th. Mr. Gilbert H. Stephenson
worked for me something over three years. I found him perfectly reliable, a hard
worker, one who did as ordered and did not interfere or agitate among the other
workmen.
I know of no bad habits, he was honest and I never see him use
liquor at any time or heard of his being in bad company, was well liked and
spoken well of by all of by my foreman.
I would not hesitate to again employ
him and would be glad to do so at this time, as he is above the average laborer
for my class of work.
Trusting this covers the questions you have
asked.
I am yours truly,
Geo. H. Lounsberry
