DULUTH HOSPITAL
D. GRAHAM, M. D.,
PRESIDENT
WEST DULUTH, MINN., Aug. 27, 1921 19
Mr. J. J. Sullivan, Warden
Stillwater Prison
Stillwater, Minn.,
Dear Sir:
Am writing you
in regard to one of the inmates, Louis Dondino, whom I have known for some years
as a hard working young man.
He was convicted under the supposition,
that he was implicated in the lynching of three negroes in this city, in June
1920, following a supposed rape case.
We who know him feel that he was
not at least directly guilty, and that if he were paroled, he would make a good
law abiding citizen.
Respectfully Yours,
D.
Graham
