DULUTH, MINN., Aug 26 1921
Mr. J. J. Sullivan, Warden
Stillwater, Minn
My Dear sir:-
I understand that Mr Louis Dondino
who is confined in your Institution has made application for Parole.
I have
known Louis for a number of years and can not say anything but good of him. He
is a sober, industrious, hard working man and bears a good reputation in our
city.
He was into one of those unfortunate affairs which could hardly be
avoided.
I feel confident that if Louis was place on parole he would not
abuse said parole and would live an honorable life here after.
It gives me
pleasure to add my name among others who are willing to give Louis a helping
hand, should the Board see fit to place him on parole.
Yours Very
Truly
J. W. Allen
Jailor St. Louis Co.
