One Max Mason, (colored)
an inmate of this institution, having been received here recently states that
you have known him in the past. If such is the case will you kindly give us such
information as you can pertaining to his past habits, honesty, associates,
disposition and general behavior. He claims to have been employed by you as a
saw-filler under T. Hudders, foreman in 1911 up.
